Custom design in my studio isn't about recreating a finished sketch or copying an existing piece of jewellery. It's a creative journey we take together — one that begins with your story, a carefully chosen gemstone, and my own intuition.
You might come to me with a special occasion in mind, a colour you love, a gemstone that speaks to you, or one of my existing pieces as inspiration. I'll transform those ideas into a piece of jewellery shaped by my artistic vision, craftsmanship, and deep respect for natural materials.
The result will be something deeply personal to you, while remaining unmistakably true to my own style and the world I create.

THE GEMSTONE COMES FIRST
Natural gemstones are never identical.
Each one carries its own colour, inclusions, structure and traces of the landscape in which it was formed. These characteristics are not imperfections. They are part of the stone’s identity.
For a custom project, I select gemstones from my own collection and trusted sources. When appropriate, I will present you with several options so that we can find the stone that feels right for you.
The gemstone is never simply a decoration added at the end. Very often, it is where the entire jewel begins.

A one-of-a-kind jewel
Whether it's a ring, necklace, bracelet or pair of earrings, every custom piece I create begins with your story. It may mark an important moment, a new beginning, a transformation, or simply something deeply personal.
Rather than following a fixed design, each piece evolves naturally through our conversations, a carefully chosen gemstone, and my own creative intuition.
A jewel with personal meaning
A birthday. A promise. A new chapter. A milestone. Or a quiet reminder of a moment that changed you.
I believe jewellery can carry memories, emotions, and meaning — becoming something you'll return to for years to come.
A companion to a piece you already love
If you already own one of my pieces, I'd be delighted to create another that feels naturally connected to it. Through a matching gemstone, a similar texture, shape or material, the new piece becomes part of the same story while remaining entirely unique.

THE CUSTOM DESIGN PROCESS
Tell me a little about what you have in mind.
Perhaps it's a special occasion, a favourite gemstone, colours you feel drawn to, or a piece from one of my collections that inspires you. I'd also love to know who the jewellery is for and what type of piece you're imagining.
If you can, please include your approximate budget, the required size, and any important dates or timeframe. This will help me understand your ideas and guide you through the process.
Once I've had a chance to read your message, I'll get back to you with my thoughts and let you know whether your project is a good fit for my studio. If it is, we'll explore the creative direction together.
We'll talk about the type of jewellery, materials, proportions, finish, and the gemstones that feel right for your piece. Since every natural gemstone is unique, its individual shape and character will always influence the final design.
Once we've chosen the gemstone, materials, and overall direction, I'll begin bringing your piece to life.
Most of my jewellery starts as a hand-carved wax model before being cast in precious metal using the traditional lost-wax casting technique. From there, every piece is carefully finished, assembled, and set by hand.
Because every piece is made by hand and the process is guided by both craftsmanship and intuition, subtle variations are not imperfections—they're part of what makes each piece truly unique.
The finished piece will be uniquely yours, shaped by your story and my craftsmanship.
Not every detail has to be defined from the start. I believe the most meaningful pieces evolve naturally as they're created, and that sense of discovery is part of what makes a bespoke piece so special.

a custom feel takes time
CREATED SLOWLY. MADE TO LAST.
The time needed to create your piece will depend on its complexity, the gemstone you choose, and my current studio schedule. Before we begin, I'll let you know the estimated timeframe so you'll know what to expect.
If your jewellery is intended for a wedding, anniversary, birthday, or another special occasion, I recommend getting in touch well in advance.
The price of every custom piece is calculated individually, depending on the gemstone, precious metal, size, and complexity of the design. Before I begin creating your jewellery, you'll receive a detailed quotation for your approval.

Frequently Asked Questions
You are welcome to share ideas, stories and visual references that communicate the feeling you are looking for. However, I do not reproduce finished designs or work according to drawings created by someone else.
The final piece must develop naturally within my own design language and creative process.
Yes. You may tell me which colours, gemstone varieties or qualities you feel drawn to.
Depending on availability, I may present you with a selection of suitable natural gemstones from my collection. Their individual shape, size and character will influence the final design.
Unfortunately, I am unable to work with gemstones supplied by clients.
Personal and inherited stones often hold irreplaceable emotional value. As even careful jewellery-making carries a small risk of damage, I work only with stones that I have selected myself and whose qualities I know.
I do not currently accept precious metals supplied by clients. Your jewel will be created from materials sourced specifically for the project.
In some cases, a similar jewel can be created using another gemstone. However, it will never be an exact copy.
The shape, colour and proportions of the new stone will naturally lead to a new and individual result.
Selected designs may be adapted in silver, gold or a combination of both. Some pieces can also be created with a different surface finish or oxidation.
The possibilities depend on the construction and character of the original design.
Every custom piece takes its own time to create. The timeframe depends on the design, the gemstone, and my current workload. Before we begin, I'll always let you know when your piece is expected to be finished.
If you're commissioning a piece for a wedding, anniversary, birthday, or another important occasion, I'd love to hear from you well in advance.
The final price reflects the chosen gemstone, the amount and type of precious metal, the complexity of the design and the time required to make the piece.
Sharing an approximate budget at the beginning helps me suggest a realistic direction for the project.
As the jewel is made specifically for you, custom-made pieces are not eligible for standard returns. Full conditions will be confirmed before your order is placed.
